We hope you are confident in your purchase and our return and exchange policy Always feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. We Are Here To Help! We understand not every situation is the same and sometimes unique situations occur. We do our best to assist you in every way possible.

Returns
Rock Your Body Clothing ,LLC will gladly offer refunds for any purchase products that are damaged or defective from our store. We carefully inspect all items before shipping. In the event you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us within 7 days of receiving item so we can assist you right away in providing a product exchange or refund. If the item goes ouof stock after you purchase it you will be issued a refund in the amount of your original purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase that’s not damaged or defective  please return for a product exchange or store credit only. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, please allow 5 business days to process and apply store credit.

***Again, please note every item has been inspected for any damages by owner. Damages may occur during shipping.****


Exchanges
You may return and exchange an item however you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

You may return or exchange items if they are defective or damaged due to Rock Your Body Clothing. Unfortunately at this time we do not provide shipping labels. (In the future this can change).

For damage and defective items Rock Your Body  takes 100% responsibility for items and will pay shipping cost to send exchanged item to you once we have received your returned item. We will credit you the original shipping fee once we receive your return.

  • To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags, and invoice.

There are certain situations where exchanges are NOT allowed, such as:
We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned after 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags, and invoice.

Sale items 
All sale items are FINAL SALE items and can't be returned for a store credit unless items were damaged or defective due to Rock Your Body Clothing. If you are needing to exchange item please keep in mind sale items sale fast.


ADDITIONAL RETURN & EXCHANGES DETAILS
•We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
•The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
•We DO NOT send return labels, so you can send the item back however you prefer.
•Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the receive date.
•Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
•Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email or go to your customer profile on our Website and print out your order summary.
•Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
• Sale Items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges!
•All accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges!
•Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges!
•We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
•Please allow 5 business days for return processing and store credit
•Once your return is processed, we will email you an egift card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
•Pre-orders of back ordered items may ship separately.
•Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited

Shoe Return Policy
•Shoes must be UNWORN.
•Merchandise must be in original packaging with the original invoice included.
•Shoe returns must adhere to all of our requirements from our Return Policy above

Exchanges
•Exchanges must be the same item, but different size request.
•We are not able to exchange for different items.
•If you need a different size in your item, note your size exchange on your invoice when sending item. If we have the item in stock in your requested size, we will send it to you. If we don't have your requested size, we will send you an egift card with store credit

•Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

•Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

PLACING A PRE-ORDER
If you decide to Pre-order an item on our website, please note the following:
•Payment is charged immediately at checkout not when the item ships
•Pre-ordering is voluntary and if at any time you would like to cancel your Pre-order for a full refund to method of payment please do so prior to shipment announcement on our website
•If you need to cancel your Pre-order or Update in any way, please email us at rockyourbodyclothing@gmail.com
•If you are ordering a Pre-order item with an In-Stock item, you will only be charged Shipping once. We will not charge you again once your Pre-order has shipped.
•For exchanges on Pre-orders, you have 14 days from the day that you received the Order.
•The date listed on the Pre-order page is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer and we only update as more information is provided. If you do not see an update then we do not have further information at this time
•We do our very best to communicate all details for Pre-orders on the Product page as there are usually thousands of orders for each style and it is not possible to contact everyone individually
•If at any time you need further details, please contact us at the above phone number and we will be happy to assist!
•These are Special Ordered directly from our Vendors. Pre-orders can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on the fabric, manufacturing, quantity and details of the item
